Terms of Service

By creating an account, listing an aircraft, browsing listings, or otherwise accessing the Silver Hangar platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Silver Hangar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Update your information promptly if it changes.
• Notify Silver Hangar immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Not create more than one account per person.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

Silver Hangar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Silver Hangar offers two account types: Buyer and Seller. Sellers must complete identity verification before listings can go live on the Platform. Buyer accounts may browse, save searches, send messages, and mark favorites.

Sellers who list aircraft on Silver Hangar agree to the following:

• All listing information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• Listings must describe aircraft that the seller is legally authorized to sell.
• Pricing must be stated in US dollars and reflect the genuine asking price.
• Photos must depict the actual aircraft being sold, not stock or representative images.
• Listings may not include external links, spam, or advertising for other services.
• Each aircraft may only be listed once at a time.
• Sellers must promptly update or remove listings when an aircraft is sold or no longer available.

Silver Hangar reserves the right to edit, remove, or decline any listing at its sole discretion.

You may not post or transmit any content that:

• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory language.
• Contains profanity, obscenity, or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes illegal activities or the sale of stolen property.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempts to solicit personal information from other users for unauthorized purposes.

As a seller on Silver Hangar, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all aircraft listed comply with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
• Verifying clear title and legal authority to sell the aircraft.
• Accurately representing the condition, specifications, and history of the aircraft.
• Disclosing any known defects, damage history, or airworthiness directives.
• Completing identity verification before your listings go live.
• Responding to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handling all sale transactions, including title transfer, escrow, and closing, directly with the buyer.

As a buyer on Silver Hangar, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including pre-purchase inspections, title searches, and logbook reviews.
• Silver Hangar does not verify the accuracy of listing information provided by sellers.
• You should engage qualified aviation professionals (mechanics, attorneys, etc.) before completing any purchase.
• All communications with sellers should be conducted through the Platform messaging system when possible.
• You will not use the Platform to harass, defraud, or mislead sellers.

Silver Hangar is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. Silver Hangar does not process payments, handle escrow, or facilitate the financial transaction of any aircraft sale.

All financial transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Silver Hangar strongly recommends using licensed escrow services, aviation attorneys, and title companies for all transactions. Silver Hangar is not responsible for any losses arising from transactions between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Hangar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or user-provided content.
• Any transaction or dispute between buyers and sellers.
• The condition, airworthiness, or legal status of any aircraft listed.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silver Hangar and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Silver Hangar may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
• Repeated posting of prohibited content.
• Failure to complete seller verification when required.
• At the request of law enforcement or government agencies.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, all active listings will be removed and your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

The Silver Hangar name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are the property of Silver Hangar, LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

By posting content to the Platform, you grant Silver Hangar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
